How to Login to Your Current Tide Cleaners Account
To connect to your current account at your store, it's important to login using the instructions below. You may log in to the Tide Cleaners App using either your email address or phone number associated with your Tide Cleaners account.

1. Enable Location to Choose a Home Store
- Choose "Allow While Using App" to see a list of the nearest stores within 50 miles of where you are
- If you do not allow Tide Cleaners to use your location, it will list ALL Tide Cleaners stores in alphabetical order. You may then type in your full address to find the store nearest you
2. Choose Your Home Store
- Select your current Tide Cleaners store
- Press "Connect to Store"
3. Sign in as a Current Customer
- Press the "Current Customer" button
4. Select your preferred Login option
- You may log in to the Tide Cleaners App using either your email address or phone number associated with your Tide Cleaners account
- Instructions for each option are below
4a. Login using your email
- Enter your email address that is associated with your current Tide Cleaners account
- For password, if you have ever logged into Customer Connect, please enter your Customer Connect password
- If you have never logged into Customer Connect, please enter the last 4 digits of your primary phone number as a temporary password
- You will then be asked to enter a permanent password
- Press "Login"
4b. Login using your phone number
- Enter your primary phone number associated with your current Tide Cleaners account
- Press "Send Code"
- The confirmation code will be sent via SMS text to your phone
- Enter the confirmation code and select "Submit"
5. Access your profile
- Congrats! You're in and can begin using our app!
