HOW TO INITIATE SERVICE

• Create your TideCleanersTX.com account, here.
• Select ANYTIME Locker or DropBox as your service type.
• Enter your building name along with an Occidental Petroleum service address.
• Provide a credit card for service, your card will not be charged until the day of delivery.

HOW TO DROP OFF

• For your first drop-off, place your garments in a temporary bag (temporary bags are available in the pickup room) with the personal info you used to sign up for service (Name, Cell Phone, Service Address, Email). Then, place your Tide Cleaners Express bag in the Tide Cleaners ANYTIME™ DropBox located in each parking lot area. We'll return your clean garments with your new personalized Tide Cleaners Express bag that is linked to your account.

PICKUP AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE

• Service is available Monday through Friday.
• Clothing dropped before 9 A.M. will be delivered the next business day.
• Clothing dropped after 9 A.M. will be delivered back in two business days.

HOW TO PICK UP

• Your clean garments will be delivered back to a secure locker. Once delivered you will receive a delivery notification by email and/or text. The notification will contain a locker number, PIN number (last 4 digits of the phone number provided during signup) and opening instructions (on email only).
